Situation

The holiday apartment is situated at Pieve Alta (» map), at approx. 7 min. from the seaside and about 25 min. from Genoa city center. It is located on one of the most beautyful and climatically temperated areas in the whole Italian riviera (temperatures are mostly about 3-5 °C higher than at Genoa), amongst a marvellous nature: olive, lemon and orange trees and a sea of flowers. The apartment has got a large southern terrace that offers a breathtaking view on the open mediterranean sea. The view has a range of about 200 km from the famous Portofino hill on the east side almost to the French border on the west side.

Shops meeting the daily needs (general food, bakery, butcher, bar tabacco) are reachable in 10 min. by foot. Furthermore, there are 2 very nice restaurants: "La cucina di Gian Paolo" at approx. 300 m and the "Ristorante Golfo Paradiso" at approx. 800 m from the apartment.

Equipment

42 sm in a ancient Ligurian stone house, built in approx. 1650. Historical style elements such as schist and stones have been kept, the floor is made of massive timber floor boards. One double bed and one double pull-out sofa bed offer sleeping space for a max. of 4 persons. There is a beautyful, modern and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bath tub and bidet; washing machine; central gas heating; radio CD; SAT-TV; WLAN internet; large and fully furnished southern terrace with barbecue and an open sea view.
